Dear Coves II Property Owner,
You are invited to the Annual Meeting of the Coves Phase II POA. Your participation is needed in this meeting to meet Quorum for specific actions.
Date: Saturday, October 9th, 2021 at 10:00 AM
Place: 1166 S Gentle Valley Drive, Fayetteville AR (Driveway)
You may also join the meeting virtually using the www.covestwo.com website by logging into your owner account and entering the Virtual Meeting Room under the Administration Items – Virtual Meeting Room tab.
Here are a few items that will be on the “New Business” agenda:
- Revisions to the Covenants of the POA. This requires a minimum of 27 owners to be present to amend the Covenants. Among other things, we will be requesting revisions that will allow the Board of Directors to reduce the Annual Dues in a manner that will not place liability on our POA to meet contractual obligations.
- The Board will ask approval to spend funds in Holland Park with conditions that other surrounding subdivisions also provide funding to add a swing set in coordination with a Cost Share between other POAs and the City of Fayetteville.
- Election of a new Treasurer and new At-Large Director.
- NOTE: If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please complete the Board Opening form here https://covestwo.com/board-opening. Applications will be accepted until October 1, 2021 at 11:59PM. “Owners” are eligible to serve on the board for two-year terms.
- A Final Agenda with all items to be covered at the Annual Meeting of the POA will be posted to the website prior to the full meeting. A Financial Report and then an Owner Input session will begin the meeting prior to going to New Business.
