Resolutions are how the Board of Directors interprets, enforces, and otherwise handles the actions defined in the Bylaws and Covenants. Items that are “Pending” or that have future dates have not been approved and will be considered at an upcoming Board of Directors meeting. These items may not have details until the Agenda is available, as the Resolution is likely still being written for consideration.
