I’m a husband and father that wants a safe, clean and friendly environment for my family and neighbors. I moved in when only a few homes in Coves II had been built back in Nov of 2016. In that time, I along with a handful of other neighbors went to bat for the owners getting Rausch Coleman to reduce our fees by $100 per year. Hopefully we can continue to make good financial decisions for the POA owners and we can keep all neighbors safe, comfortable and happy.

My wife and I have lived in the Coves Ph II since November of 2016, and were among the first few homes built in the neighborhood. We have both been Public Servants throughout our careers. I am a Certified Arkansas Planning Official, Certified Floodplain Manager, and a Certified NPDES Technician. I am the Director of Community Development for the City of Siloam Springs, and have worked with Local Governments in various roles for about a decade. Prior to that, I was in the Army, and my wife and I are both Army Veterans. Kara is the City Clerk for the City of Fayetteville. Local Government and Public Service has defined our careers, and we are excited to see our POA is moving forward.
