Duties of Directors: The business and property of the Association shall be managed by the Board of Directors and shall include, but not be limited to: keeping Association records; prepare budgets; fix, collect and enforce assessments; maintain and manage all Common Properties; pay applicable taxes. All decisions and actions of the Board shall be made by majority vote. See more in Article VI of the Bylaws.
