On November 4th, 2020, the Board of Directors adopted a resolution for a Parking Policy & Map to enforce parking as defined in the Covenants.
Parking in the red zones or in the grass may result in the Owner of the home receiving a Notice of Violation. Failure to comply could result in a $25 fine for the homeowner. If a tenant is responsible, the Owner of the home will receive the Notice of Violation, and the fine. This $25 fine will be per day of the continued violation up to $2,500 per year. Failure to pay a fine will result in liens in increments of $500.
