I understand that I am volunteering to serve a minimum 2 year term, and may be required to attend regular meetings of the Board of Directors as required by the President of the POA and the Bylaws of the POA. I am interested in the following position:

My wife Darcy & I moved here in March of 2017. I own an accounting firm and a bookkeeping service (Express Bookkeeping). I have been one of the, let’s say, most vocal advocates for our property owners with Rausch-Coleman.
Once we are able to receive financial data, we will be able to provide all property owners with a Monthly review of all Revenue & Expenses. There has been significant concern about what our POA dues are used for. The answer to that will be transparency and communication.
I believe the POA should not be an offensive organization trying to catch our neighbors doing something wrong, but instead, be a defensive organization, to help maintain and grow our property value. However, it is all of our responsibility to pay our dues and work within the laws and by laws of the POA.
Elections will be held October 7th at the Special Meeting of the POA.
