– COVES II POA MEETING NOTICE –
TO BE HELD VIRTUALLY ON WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 7TH @ 6-7PM
This will be the meeting where the Owners establish a Board of Directors. A full agenda is available here. We need 50% attendance or by Proxy for quorum for this meeting. If you cannot attend, please complete a Proxy form and submit here if you would like to select a Proxy for your vote.
Here are some things you will need to do ahead of this meeting:
- Join the “Coves POA” Facebook Group at http://www.facebook.com/groups/1472003429558475/
To make things easier, a link has also been provided at the top of the POA Website.
- On October 7th the meeting will be held virtually in the “Coves POA” Facebook Group using the Room located at the top of the room. Before the meeting begins, please click “Join Room”.
- Any Owner that would like to be a Candidate for the POA Board of Directors, please visit the “Candidate Form” located on the POA website www.covestwo.com. An election will be conducted at the October 7th Meeting. When a candidate completes the form, it will be posted for all Owners to see on the website. The deadline to complete this form is 10/4/2020 at 11:59PM if you are interested in serving.
