Conditional Use Permits, or CUPs, are issued by the City of Fayetteville. A record of Conditional Use Permits is maintained here and updated annually or as needed. Note that some CUPs issued by the City may require additional approval or may be restricted by the Covenants. Always verify with the Board of Directors prior to requesting a Conditional Use Permit from the City of Fayetteville.
