In 2023, the Board of Directors will meet in January to set annual POA Dues. The President will have a resolution prepared for consideration. This will be the only scheduled Board meeting in 2023. The Annual Meeting will likely be in July. Since the business of gaining control and getting things in order with the POA is complete, there are less regular items to review, calling for less meetings. If anyone has a concern, you can always reach any of the Board Members and a Special Meeting can be scheduled if needed.
