Coves Phase II Annual Meeting & Dues
(Owners on Springfield, Gentle Valley, & Alberta St west of the trail):
The Annual Meeting of the Coves II POA will be October 25th at 10am in the driveway at 1166 S Gentle Valley Drive.
We will nominate and vote for all new officers for the POA, so if you are interested in serving (and if you are an owner caught up on your dues), please be present or let me know beforehand and you can be nominated without being present.
President (Full 2 year term)
Vice President (Partial Term/1 year)
Secretary (Full 2 year term)
Treasurer (Partial Term/1 year)
At-Large (Partial Term/1 year)
We have had 3 interested parties for the Secretary, Treasurer, and At-Large positions. We still need an owner to step up and be President and another for Vice President.
The Annual Dues invoice is also in the letter.
