I understand that I am volunteering to serve a minimum 2 year term, and may be required to attend regular meetings of the Board of Directors as required by the President of the POA and the Bylaws of the POA. I am interested in the following position:

My name is Kylie(Keylee) Helmick. I’m married and a mother of two. My husband and I moved into the Coves II back in 2017 as first time homeowners. I want a safe community for my family seeing as My husband is away with the military often, as well as maintain property values and community bonds so we can all benefit in the best ways possible from our POA.
I do not have much experience in this situation but I am thoroughly impressed and thankful to see our community come together and watch out for one another when things have occured in the neighborhood. I want to continue to see this happen. I am a fervent believer that everyone can and should have a voice in all matters.
Elections will be held October 7th at the Special Meeting of the POA.
