
A new Virtual Meeting Room is being created to host future meetings due to Covid-19 restrictions. This will be fully housed on the CovesTwo.com website. After scheduling the October POA Special Meeting, several home owners informed the incoming President that they do not use Social Media. The October 7th Special Meeting of the POA is to be held on the Coves POA Facebook Group. Beginning with the November Board of Directors meeting, all future meetings are intended to be held live on the POA website. This will remove the need to participate on the Facebook group, and allow more accessibility to the meetings for all Owners. The new room will also have enhanced video recording to assist the Secretary in record keeping and minutes. This will allow all meetings to be more transparent with the Owners as well.
Note: The October 7th Meeting has already been announced to be on Facebook, and the plan is still to have that meeting in the Coves POA Facebook page as printed in the notifications. This will only affect future Virtual Meetings, beginning in November.
