Last night the Board of Directors’ election identified 5 new Board Members. At this time, the new President has had a chance to speak with HOA Solutions regarding this, and has sent them an email with an attached letter and unofficial minutes requesting control of the POA. A new page is viewable under the Secretary Items tab at the top of any page called “Document Retention Records” that will have a copy of the email and attached letter to read.
