Last night, 10/21/2020, the Rausch Coleman Board of Directors voted to transition the POA to the recently elected Board of Directors. At the Special POA Meeting this month, the POA Owners elected 5 new Directors to replace the current Board of Directors. Today, the elected President received the transition resolution to be signed and returned. After the document is returned, and filed, the new Board of Directors will take control of the POA. The first meeting of the new Board of Directors will be November 4th at 6PM in the Virtual Meeting Room. There are several items on the tentative agenda which is likely to be finalized on Sunday, October 25th, at 2PM at the Agenda Session prior to the Board Meeting. The Agenda Session will be held in the Virtual Meeting Room also.
