The following are not “Minutes” which must be approved in the January meeting, but instead a summary of what happened at tonight’s meeting:
At tonight’s Board of Directors meeting, the Board of Directors approved 3 resolutions. The first was old business and was Resolution 20-002 – Reimbursement of Funds – POA Website & Forms Fees in the amount of $76.78, for website fees and upgrades for forms to allow proper submissions, to Kristifier Paxton that were spent during the transition to organize the POA. President Paxton recused. The second was old business and was a Reimbursement of Funds (ROF) John Gay 2018 Legal Fees in the amount of $325.00. In 2018 John Gay was acting on behalf of the Property Owners to receive control of the POA, yet Rausch-Coleman refused to reimburse him for the expenses at the time. John Gay was not present during this vote, so no recusal was required.
New Business was Resolution 20-010 – Regular Assessment for 2021. The Board approved a resolution to set the 2021 Dues of the Association at $150.00. The Board also approved a $25 per month late assessment, not to exceed $500. The Board included a 90 grace period from late fees for owners that have previous balances from previous periods as a means to arrange payments without additional late charges. The Board also authorized President Paxton to select a Committee of 3 Directors to review applications that may be submitted through an online form using the www.covestwo.com website which would allow the Committee to grant Annual Dues Relief in the amount of the Annual Dues of the Association [$150.00]. This form will be revised and provided prior to the invoice release and a Committee of 3 will be selected to review the applications for consideration.
All approved resolutions must first be signed by President Paxton and attested by Secretary Corbin prior to taking effect. As soon as the video is ready, you will be able to view at the bottom of the Secretary Items page.
