Last night, December 2nd, the Board of Directors approved Resolution 20-010 which authorizes the Treasurer to collect Annual Dues.
What to expect next?
- The President will work to verify all Owner mailing addresses are current using the Washington County records and any other available option to ensure owners are appropriately contacted.
- The Treasurer will determine which owners have outstanding dues from previous Annual Dues, Fees, etc.
- The Treasurer will provide an invoice for all Owners and send U.S.P.S. Additional information will be included with the mailing.
