Annual Dues

Last night, December 2nd, the Board of Directors approved Resolution 20-010 which authorizes the Treasurer to collect Annual Dues.

What to expect next?

  1. The President will work to verify all Owner mailing addresses are current using the Washington County records and any other available option to ensure owners are appropriately contacted.
  2. The Treasurer will determine which owners have outstanding dues from previous Annual Dues, Fees, etc.
  3. The Treasurer will provide an invoice for all Owners and send U.S.P.S. Additional information will be included with the mailing.
